Your partner gives this check to its clients

Your website could bring in more. We'll show you what's holding it back

We'll check your website and send a short report: why people leave without getting in touch, how much it costs you and what to fix first. No jargon, no technical terms.

Four ways to lose money

What we look at

A website rarely “breaks” completely. More often it quietly loses some people at every step, and the business simply never finds out.

The site is fast and doesn't break

Slow loading, glitches on mobile, pages with errors. We also check whether form emails actually reach you. Sometimes enquiries simply never arrive, and the company thinks there are no customers.

If a page takes longer than 3 seconds to load, 53% of mobile visitors leave

It's easy to get in touch with you

Is it clear within five seconds what you offer. How many steps to the button. Does the form put people off. Are there reasons to trust you. We walk the whole journey on a phone too, since that's where most people come from today.

A 3-field form brings twice as many enquiries as a 6-field one

People find you in search

Can Google see your site, are pages described correctly, is anything technical getting in the way. Your partner handles promotion; we check the foundation, because no advertising works on a broken one.

A site can be invisible for its own service

You meet EU requirements

Since June 2025, website accessibility requirements apply across the EU. They affect companies that sell to consumers online. We'll check whether they apply to you and what needs fixing before regulators take an interest.

Plus one in six people who currently physically can't buy from you
What it looks like

Three pages, not forty

Nobody finishes a thick report. Ours is short: the main losses, what to do about them, and what you can fix yourself, without us and for free.

One finding in full

KEY ISSUE

The enquiry form has nine fields

What's happening
Someone has already decided to contact you and sees a nine-question form, including company registration number and a preferred call time. On a phone it takes up two and a half screens.
What it costs
Expedia removed one optional field from its booking form and gained +$12 million in profit in a year. According to HubSpot, a three-field form brings twice as many enquiries as a six-field one. And cutting a form from nine fields to five gives +34% in enquiries. Nine fields cost you most of your leads.
What to do
Keep the name and one contact method. You'll ask the rest in conversation anyway. About an hour of work.
✓We flag findings like this separately: they're the ones you can fix in-house.

We don't make up exact numbers for your site, like how many people visited and how many got as far as an enquiry. That needs access to your analytics. If you have it, we'll work that out too.

From your partner

It's a gift, not a sales pitch

The check costs €100. Your partner arranged for it to be free for their clients. It's one more way to help your business grow, on top of the work they already do for you.

✓You'll get the report either way, whether or not you want to talk further.
✓You'll fix some findings yourself. We clearly mark where your own team can handle it and where a developer is needed.
✓No conditions. No endless calls, no sign-ups, and we never share your contact details.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to give you access to my website?
No. We review the site from the outside, the same way your future customer sees it. Access is only needed for a full audit with figures from your analytics, which is separate paid work.
How long does it take?
Three working days from when we've confirmed the details. Up to five if we're busy. We'll tell you upfront rather than go quiet.
Will you keep calling to sell me something?
No. You'll get the report whether or not you want to talk further. If you need help, you'll let us know. We will send one email asking whether it was useful, and that's it.
I run a large online store. Is this right for me?
The quick check is designed for around 50 pages. For a large store it would give too shallow a picture. Get in touch and we'll find the right format for you.
Who will see the report?
You and us. We only tell the partner who referred you that you got in touch. We don't share the report without your permission.
What is the EU accessibility law, and does it really apply to me?
It's the European Accessibility Act, in force since 28 June 2025. It applies to companies selling to consumers online: online stores, banking and transport services, e-books and telecoms. Very small service businesses (fewer than 10 people and turnover under €2 million) are exempt from the service requirements. We'll show where your site falls short, but whether the law applies to your company specifically is a question for a lawyer, and we don't replace one.
For agencies and consultants
